Important Notice
All guests must sign a digital waiver acknowledging these rules before entering the water. Parents and legal guardians can sign on behalf of minors.
Waiver and Rules Acknowledgment
All guests must sign a waiver form and be informed of the park rules before entering the water.
Age and Physical Ability Requirements
Guests must be 5 years of age or older to participate. Children under this age must be accompanied by an adult. Patrons must be able to navigate the obstacles using their own physical power.
Life Vest Policy
All guests MUST wear a life vest provided by the park at all times in the water. No exceptions.
Safety Around Obstacles
Swimming underneath obstacles is PROHIBITED. Diving head-first into the water from any part of the course is NOT ALLOWED. Always enter feet first.
Climbing Precautions
Be aware of surroundings when climbing. Look up and do not climb underneath others.
Jumping and Sliding
Before jumping or sliding, make sure the water and landing area are clear.
Behavioral Expectations
No pushing, excessive rough play, or dangerous behavior.
Walking and Caution
Surfaces may be slippery and unstable. Walk carefully at all times.
Operating Hours and Staff Presence
The park may only be used during public operating hours and when staff is on duty. Guests MUST follow all staff instructions.
Prohibited Substances
No participation while under the influence of alcohol, medication that impairs ability, or drugs.
Risk Acceptance
Participation is voluntary and involves risk of injury, death, property loss, or other damages. By participating, you accept these risks.
Additional Safety Information
Weather Policy: The park may close temporarily or for the day due to lightning, severe weather, or unsafe water conditions. Safety is always our first priority.
Life Vests: All guests must wear a U.S. Coast Guard approved life vest while on the water. Life vests are provided at no extra charge.
Supervision: Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Staff monitors the park but parents remain responsible for their children.
Medical Conditions: Guests with medical conditions that may affect their ability to participate should consult a physician before visiting.
Injuries: In the event of an injury, notify staff immediately. First aid is available on site.
